Physical Examination
Students registering for athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the athletic department before the student is authorized to participate in practice. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be Uploaded to this site prior to the first day of practice. After you have completed the registration, please click on the Pay For It link under the Quicklinks section on this homepage in order to make a payment for the activity.
